About me

I'm Knut Relbe-Moe — Microsoft MVP in the Copilot and SharePoint categories, awarded for 13 consecutive years. I work as Collaboration Lead at Vivicta, a Norwegian Microsoft 365 consultancy.

My focus is helping organizations get real value from their Microsoft 365 investment — SharePoint intranets, Copilot readiness and adoption, Viva, Teams, and increasingly AI in everyday work. I've delivered intranets and collaboration platforms for well over a decade, and these days I spend as much time on governance and Copilot readiness as on the platforms themselves, because that is where the value actually gets unlocked. I'm also currently studying for a Master of AI at Rome Business School, finishing in April 2027 — keeping the practitioner side and the theory side honest with each other.

Community is the thread through everything: I founded NIWUG (the Norwegian Information Worker User Group), I organize CollabDays Oslo (which started life as SharePoint Saturday Oslo), and I founded the Global AI Community Oslo chapter. I've shared my expertise at international conferences since 2013 — ESPC, CollabDays across Europe, M365 conferences, CommsVerse and more — and I've been blogging since 2012.

Along the way I've been founder and CTO of product companies (including DocsNode, an Office template solution for Teams, SharePoint and Office), a Nintex Virtual Technical Evangelist, and a partner-alliance and product-strategy advisor helping software companies build their partner ecosystems and grow.

I'm a technology evangelist, presenter, and traveler, motivated by my family and the adventures ahead of us — and I wouldn't be where I am without their support.
